Vitipro gel spreads easily and smells pleasant. As with all other products on the market to treat vitiligo, this gel is not the solution for everyone. All patients and vitiligo spots react differently to the different creams and gels that are available. We have looked very closely at all products and active substances that are known and have found the optimal composition in our opinion. So why not give it a try too? Who knows, Vitipro gel will also catch on with you and you can wear those shorts again next summer!

How to use Vitipro gel?

Apply an appropriate amount of gel morning and evening to cleansed and dry skin. Massage the gel thoroughly into the skin by swirling your fingertips.

You can use Vitipro during a UVB Light Therapy course or during sunbathing. Make sure that you wait at least an hour before exposing after applying VitiPro. This gel enhances the skin’s sensitivity to the sun and can irritate the skin if you expose too quickly. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend using VitiPro only in the evening. Vitipro not only supports vitiligo, it also softens and cares for the skin.

The gel contains various active substances, including:
Superoxide dismutase or SOD is a free radical scavenger. It removes excess radicals and thus protects the skin from unnecessary damage. SOD softens the skin and helps to prevent skin aging caused by the sun. It affects oxidative stress, which is often associated with vitiligo. Oxidative stress is basically an imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants in your body.

Babchi, or Bakuchi, is an annual herb that grows all over the plains of India. Babchi oil is extracted from the seeds of the Psoralea corylifolia and has long been used in traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for its great effects to cure various skin diseases. Babchi oil is also widely used in hair and scalp products, especially products that promote the regrowth of hair lost due to alopecia.

Copper supports normal skin pigmentation and has a positive effect on the immune system. Copper contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Copper is mentioned in the repair of the skin barrier, protecting the skin from external damage and reducing sun damage.

Zinc supports the regenerative capacity of the skin and has a positive effect on the immune system. It has an anti-oxidative effect and can protect against the influence of the sun.

Vitamin B12 supports the immune system. The vitamin also plays a role in cell production and is therefore important for healthy growth/renewal of skin, hair and nails.

Calcium contributes to the process of cell renewal. Calcium is a small ion (atom or molecule) and an indispensable messenger of the skin’s capacity at the cellular level. This plays a role in correctly transferring messages between skin cells so that they can function in harmony.
